​Delivery for online purchases is within Australia only.

​All goods are shipped by standard courier service. Purchases are insured against damage or loss in transit.

​Average delivery time is 4-8 business days after order payment receipt. For remote areas, please allow up to 10 business days for delivery from receipt of payment.

For reseller or OEM orders, please contact us by phone or email to place an order and receive a shipping rate optimized for your order.

The Air-Dale Engineering Company accepts no liability for any product breakage, damage or loss, or any other event or occurrence associated with handling of a shipment, or part thereof, at the delivery address. Larger orders are normally palletised and require a forklift or other specialized material handling equipment at the delivery address.
