Refund policy
Inspect your delivery for damage or breakage before signing for it. Broken or damaged goods must be reported to admin@evapad.com.au within 24 hours of delivery.
Our Refund Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, and provides you with additional benefits in addition to those rights.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will gladly refund your money upon presentation of your proof of purchase. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will cover the cost of delivery for the replacement. That is, if the delivered product does not reflect the invoiced product, there is a fault with the product (including damage caused in transit) or the Air-Dale Engineering Company has breached a consumer guarantee.

You agree that you cannot change or cancel an order after it has been placed. If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible on 08 9451 1658 for assistance. If we are able to change or cancel your order we may require proof of purchase, and for the ordered products to be in their original condition and packaging.
